The project has zoning approval for 31 units and 11 underground parking spaces.

Some Details

Inclusionary Zoning

There are 6,842 square feet set aside for IZ units.  That equates to 7 IZ units in the 31-unit building. The IZ units are spread throughout the building and include both one and two-bedroom units.  

Unit Mix

As currently planned, there is a good mix of studio units, units with one bedroom, or one bedroom and a den, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.  

Timeline

Ownership's goal is to address the environmental issues on the property and then find the right partner to develop the 31 units once the site is clean.  We expect to have the property clean by the summer of 2025, and then we will begin to discuss what is next for the property.
